SHIPPING

Shipping areas

We ship to Italy, Europe, and countries in the Americas and Asia. We currently do not ship to Africa (for additional inquiries contact us here).

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. You are advised to consult your local customs regulations to anticipate any additional costs.

Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping, the timing of which varies depending on the destination. Deliveries to Italy and Europe generally take 3 to 7 business days, while shipments to the Americas and Asia can take up to 15-20 business days.

Tracking Code

For each order, we provide a tracking code to monitor the status of the shipment online. The Buyer will receive the tracking code via e-mail when the shipment is processed.

RETURNS

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the products in original and unopened packaging, allowing resale as new. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products for hygienic and safety reasons.

De Tollis Roma will refund the Buyer (excluding return shipping costs to be paid by the Buyer) within 14 days of receipt of the return.
